By PkTUSA-San Francisco Special Reporter Lahore: A heartwarming reunion of the 1969 UET batch, who graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1974, took place at Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel Lahore on January 5th, 2025. The event marked 50 years since their graduation and brought together a group of close friends to relive cherished memories.

The photograph of the occasion features (L to R): Arshad J Farooqi, Tariq Masood, Mohd Azeem, Hasan Jafar, Riaz Ahmad, Liaqat Ali, Hamid Saeed, Munir Ahmad, Javed Minhas, and Waqar Ahmad.

Hasan Jafar and Waqar Ahmad traveled from California, while Javed Minhas came from Arkansas. Mohd Azeem drove all the way from Islamabad to join his peers. The joyful brunch was filled with laughter and nostalgia as the classmates reminisced about their university days and shared life experiences from the past five decades.
