Anti-state activity: Notice issued to Shandana Gulzar declared illegal

The Peshawar High Court declared FIA’s notice to PTI leader Shandana Gulzar on charges of anti-state activities illegal.

According to Express News, the Peshawar High Court today pronounced a reserved decision after hearings on the petition filed by PTI leader Shandana Gulzar against the FIA ​​Lahore notice. The High Court held the FIA’s notice to Shandana Gulzar illegal for her anti-state statement.

It may be recalled that Shandana Gulzar was summoned by the FIA ​​Lahore on March 14 for campaigning against the state authorities and inciting the public and deprived her of the right to defense in non-appearance.

The FIA ​​had issued a notice to Shandana Gulzar on the written complaint of Shoaib Mirza and directed her to appear at the Cyber ​​Crime Reporting Center Lahore, but on the request of the PTI leader, the court declared the notice illegal.
