The decision of the Czech Republic to extradite the person accused of plotting the murder of Khalistan leader Grapton to the United States

Prague:  An important development has been made in the case of Gruptunat Singh attack, the court of the Czech Republic has decided to extradite Nikhil Gupta, the Indian agent involved in the murder, to the United States.

Khalistan movement is gaining momentum in India with each passing day. To suppress the voice of Sikhs in India, in June 2023, the Modi government started its terrorist campaign against Sikh leaders. An unsuccessful attempt was also made to assassinate the head of Sikhs for Justice, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, in the United States.

The investigation report of the American authorities also presented evidence that the conspiracy to kill Graptunat Singh Pannu was prepared by the Modi government. The US intelligence agency arrested several suspects, including Nikhil Gupta, who were involved in the conspiracy to kill Graptunat Singh Pannu.

Nikhil Gupta is an Indian citizen and has been involved in criminal activities in several Western countries as a drug dealer and smuggler. According to the investigation report, Nikhil, on the orders of an officer of the Indian Central Reserve Police Force, assigned the responsibility of killing Gurptunt Singh to a hired killer for one hundred thousand US dollars.

The hired killer Nikhil Gupta hired was actually an American intelligence agent through whom the entire conspiracy of the Modi government was exposed.

Nikhil Gupta was arrested on 30 June 2023 in the Czech Republic at the request of the United States, after which he was sent to a Prague jail. Nikhil Gupta has also been charged with international drug and arms trafficking.

The indictment also alleges that Nikhil Gupta agreed to participate in the New York assassination plot in exchange for assistance in a pending criminal case in the Indian state of Gujarat. In November 2023, US prosecutors charged that Nikhil Gupta was involved in a plot to kill at least four Sikh leaders in the US.

Soon, Nikhil Gupta will be transferred from the Prague jail to the American jail, where the case against him will be prosecuted. If the charges against Nikhil Gupta are proved, they can be sentenced to 20 years in prison
