90 percent of children in Gaza lack basic nutritional needs, UNICEF
New York: The United Nations agency UNICEF has warned of the extremely dangerous situation faced by children during the ongoing war in Gaza, saying that 90 percent of the children in Gaza are facing malnutrition .
According to Al Jazeera’s report, UNICEF said in its report that the Israeli attacks in Gaza since October last year have had devastating effects and one in 10 children more than two days old is forced to eat.
According to UNICEF, more than 65 percent of children in Furui were deprived of nutritious food.
On the other hand, Israel says that the United Nations is falsely accusing Israel of violating human rights in Gaza, although it is not.
The UNICEF report further states that due to the aggression of the Israeli army, the supply of food and foodstuffs to Gaza has also been suspended, which is a serious violation of human rights.
