Calcutta: The Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has lost his credibility and trust in the election results, so he should immediately resign from the Prime Ministership.
According to the international news agency, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that Modi and his party have lost many seats in this election which they have always been successful in the past.
Mamata Banerjee further said that the Bharatiya Janata Party got 59 seats less than the last election, while the opposition party got more than 140 seats in this election.

The Chief Minister of West Bengal further said that this clearly shows that the people have lost faith in Modi. They have lost their credibility. So Modi should resign and go home.

According to Indian media, Narendra Modi won in Varanasi, but compared to 2019, he got fewer votes this time. In the last election, he defeated the opposition candidate by 4 lakh votes, this time by 1 lakh votes.
