During the T20 series against Pakistan, after Jos Buttler, the captain of the English team, two important cricketers may also miss a few matches.
According to media reports, all-rounder Liam Livingstone and fast bowler Mark Wood are yet to recover from injuries, so they are likely to miss the first few matches of the T20 series against Pakistan.
In a press conference on Tuesday, captain Jos Buttler confirmed that Liam Livingstone and Wood will not be available for the first T20I.

Liam Livingstone suffered a knee injury in the IPL while Mark Wood is recovering from a niggle in his left knee in the series against India.
On the other hand, the English media reported a few days ago that captain Jos Buttler’s wife Louise is unwell and expecting to give birth to a third child, due to which the cricketer’s participation in the first few matches is uncertain.
