Rashid Naseem broke 20 world records in two days
KARACHI: History-making record holder Rashid Naseem broke 20 world records in two days and it was the first time that an individual from Pakistan broke so many world records in one day, Rashid’s total number of records reached 121.
Rashid Naseem, the most world record holder in the history of Pakistan, has broken the world records of many countries including America, Germany, India, Switzerland and England.
Rashid Naseem broke 9 records on the first day on Saturday and 11 on the next day. He also broke two Indian records in the martial arts category and set two world records in the punch category while setting two club records, one record in blow bursting category, one record in knee strike, one record in breaking walnut with elbow, one record in elbow strike. And set a record in the fire stuff category.
In the first record, wearing boxing gloves on his hands, he broke the record of England by throwing 350 punches compared to 392. In another punch category, he broke the record of 161 punches by holding 1 kg weight in his hands. This record was broken by Pakistan. It was passed. He broke 172 walnuts with his elbow compared to 160 in the third record, in 3 minutes in the fourth record breaking the record of India’s Chane Sharma who had 820 elbows in 3 minutes.
