Israel attacks Iran’s bases in Syria; 6 officials died
DAMASCUS: Israel struck the positions of Iran-backed Hezbollah and another militant group in Syria near the border with Lebanon.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Israel struck a Hezbollah headquarters, killing six unidentified fighters, including at least one commander.
On the other hand, the Syrian media has claimed that Israel targeted two bases of Iran-backed military organizations, one of which was the center of Hezbollah, where six people were killed.
Hezbollah did not confirm or deny the death of 6 fighters in the Israeli attack, but the Israeli army says that it destroyed enemy positions in Syria.
The Israeli army did not say anything about the loss of life and property in these attacks.
It should be remembered that on Saturday, Israel also targeted a car in which a local commander of Hezbollah was killed along with his companion.
