Ravindra Jadeja shuts down retirement rumours after Champions Trophy win

Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has dismissed speculation surrounding his potential retirement following India’s Champions Trophy 2025 triumph over New Zealand in Dubai.

Jadeja, 36, played a pivotal role in India’s victory on Sunday, delivering a disciplined 10-over spell for 30 runs while claiming the key wicket of Tom Latham. His efforts helped restrict New Zealand to 251-7. In the chase, he remained unbeaten on nine off six balls, hitting the winning runs in the 49th over to seal India’s third Champions Trophy title.
