Mumbai: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan bought a new property worth around 10 crores in Bandra, a suburb of Mumbai.
According to Indian media, the new residence is located within the same complex where Khan already owns several residential units.
Aamir Khan has bought the property for Rs 9.75 crore, the deal was finalized on June 25 with a stamp duty of Rs 58 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 paid.
Interestingly, Aamir Khan’s two ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao also live in the same complex.
The residential complex will reportedly be rebuilt in the future while the newly acquired property is estimated to be around 1,027 square feet
