Dubai: The International Cricket Council has announced the players in the running for ‘Player of the Month’ for May, the name of Pakistani speedster Shaheen Shah Afridi has also been included in the list of candidates.
The ICC has shortlisted three players as Player of the Month candidates, including Shaheen Shah Afridi, West Indies spinner Gadkesh Moti and Ireland wicketkeeper-batsman Lorcan Tucker.
The Pakistani left-arm pacer has been named in the running for the Player of the Month for May. Shaheen Afridi took 10 wickets at an average of 14.5 during the last month
