Mumbai: India’s veteran senior actress Shabana Azmi has supported actress and BJP leader Kangana Ranaut over the incident of being slapped by a female security officer.
According to Indian media, Shabana Azmi said in her post released on the social networking website X (formerly Twitter) that after the slap incident, there is no loss of respect for Kangana Ranaut in my heart, but I feel like those people. I cannot include those who are celebrating this event.
Expressing concern, Shabana Azmi said that if the security personnel start taking the law into their own hands, none of us will be safe.
It should be noted that on June 6, when Kangana Ranaut arrived at Chandigarh airport to go to Delhi, the female security officer on duty slapped the actress.
