Pakistan has qualified for the semifinals of the National Hockey Cup where they will face New Zealand.
According to the details, in the last group match of the Nations Cup in Poland, France defeated Pakistan by five goals against six, but the national hockey team reached the semi-finals based on the goal margin.
On behalf of Pakistan, Rana Waheed Ashraf, Muhammad Abukar, Murtaza Yaqoob, Abdul Rehman and Hanan Shahid scored one goal each while Charlotte Victor of France scored 4 goals on penalty corners.
The national team managed to secure the second position on the points table while France remained at the first position. Pakistan hockey team will face New Zealand in the semifinals of the Nations Cup
