Paresh Rawal’s demand to punish non-voting Indians

Dubai:  Senior Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal has said that our authorities should punish Indians who do not cast their votes.

As Lok Sabha elections are underway in India, after casting their votes, Bollywood celebrities are appealing to fans to vote, including Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar among others.

According to Indian media, Paresh Rawal cast his vote in Mumbai today, after which he spoke to reporters about the importance of voting.

the Indian citizens, Paresh Rawal said that you people complain that the government is not working, if you do not vote today, you will be responsible for the situation of this country, not the government.

The actor continued by saying that those who don’t vote, some action should be taken against them either increase their taxes or give them some other punishment.

It should be remembered that for the biggest elections in the world, elections are being held on 543 seats of the lower house of the Indian Parliament, Lok Sabha, in which a total of 96 crore and 9 million voters are registered
